RED PENNANT NOT SO BAD !!!!!

My discussion "Red Pennant  not so Good" has prompted rapid discussion with Bill Smith of the Club who clearly makes great efforts to foster and maintain relations with the automobile Clubs around Europe who look after rescue services. I have been afforded and explanation for the failure to provide service in 2009 and it appears that this was not the Clubs fault and that a full recovery of my vehicle to a safe place should have occurred.
