Thank you so very much Club insurance

Just over a month ago we had our caravan vandalized outside our home and we were devastated.  Anyway to cut a long story short we had to make a claim on our caravan club insurance hoping to get it repaired.

Within a week of sending in the claim form i had a letter from an assessment company wanting to inspect the damage.  I thought wow! that's quick and they came out but not with good news!  My van had so many dents that it would need a new panel on each side and because of the age of our van it would proberbly be written off!

A couple of days later i had a call from a local repair shop wanting to check the van out so again they came out the following day and said it was definetly a write off!

By the next week i had a letter from the insurance company offering me a settlement to which i was very happy as they offered to pay me full market value!

So i excepted and i had a cheque five days later!  All this within just over three weeks from start to finish.

So thankyou Devitt (the caravan club insuance company) for a fast a hassle free claim i had no idea it would be sorted so quickly!
