BPW Intelligent Drive Control iDC

I am collecting a new Elddis caravan in a couple of weeks. I have had the new 13 pin system fitted to my Honda CRV at a Honda dealership but I am not sure they understood what I wanted. The question is how do I physically and easily check (bearing in mind I do not have too much kit or knowledge) 12v permanent supply which is needed to operate this iDC system is actually connected to pin 9. And where is pin 9 in the socket looking at it directly from the rear into the socket.
