Damp and Cracks in our 2014 caravan

We are very new to caravaning and appear to have bought a problem, our lovley small van has been in for a service and damp tesing due to some concerns. The caravan/motor home company has said they are not prepared to do the much needed repairs as they can not guarantee them and wouldnt want to waste our money. We are gutted as we have just fallen in love with caravaning. He has suggested contacting a coach builder that could look at the cracks. They said the front and back pannel are letting in water. 

My question is, if it's beond repairing proffesionally, it possibe to patch it up and use it until its finally to damp or do we take it to be looked at now and if so, can anyone recomend a good honest place in West Yorkshire. Thank you in advance
