can anyone tell me if lock and level work on a twin wheel van and what one to buy

with most pitches your caravan /motorhome has to be in a certain position so never gets the same traffic as when the car is going on/off all the time perhaps that area is slightly more compacted than the rest hence a bit lower. maybe.
