Good evening all,

was looking forward to going away This Friday so hopefully you can help us.

we have a bailey pursuit 2015 with a new type truma boiler and it's firing up a 45h fault which points to an 10 a electric issue. Caravan is in full working order so it points to replacing a fuse but we haven't  got a clue in where it could be. Blower is working but no heat at all. Can anYone help ?

from the TRuma manual for code #45

Only Truma Combi eco plus or Truma Combi comfort plus models.

No 120 VAC supply voltage.

Overheating protection has responded.

interesting as i am not familiar with the two particilar models referred to, it also suggests calling Truma.

however, if you know where the red reset button is, this is usually the remedy for the overheating protection trip.....also, sometimes just leaving it for a while will allow sufficient cooling for this to reset itself.

Hi Amy

Code 45 does point towards a problem with the 240v supply and can sometimes be down to the fuse which is located in the 240v pcb on the combi. It is quite difficult to access depending on the location of your Combi so it might be best to take it to your local service agent to be looked at.

Please feel free to give our Customer service team a call on 01283 586020 if you wish to discuss this further.

Kind regards

Rachel
