Water pump

High everyone 

I found out that I am not getting any water through the taps in my caravan.

I checked the pump at home and it is working.

I also checked the fuses and all is well ,the light on the control panel is lit up re the pump.

as the van is in storage I don’t have mains electric.

the battery is brand new  so so should have water from the taps.

so can anyone suggest a solution to the problem
