220V Light on Consumer Panel ?

Hi,

Only had a few days to play with my new toy, but I've noticed something a bit off.

On the panel where I can turn the lights and pumps on, and check the batteries, there is a 220V light - but when I connect to the mains, the light doesn't come on.  Should it?

The sockets work fine, but no light - does the light mean something else?
