Technical query: I use a Multi XS 7000 charger permanently attached to the 12v leisure battery of a motorhome. It appears to be doing its job OK, but
clicks... this noise began a few months back as an intermittent annoyance, clearing itself within minutes, but is now more or less permanent at a frequency of c. one/ 5seconds, occurring
in all charging modes.
- Is this normal?
- If so, why?
- Is it a function of a dodgy charger?
- Or of a dodgy battery (which retains its charge, and shows no signs of imminent failure.
