Driving License Upgrade to be Simplified

I saw this in MMM which I thought was quite interesting. Those that have passed their driving test after 1997 are restricted to a weight limit of 3500kgs. There is always the option to take an extra test to increase that permitted weight to 7500kgs. However up until now anyone taking that test has had to understand and be examined on subjects that only apply to drivers of large commercial vehicles. At long last they seem to have realised that some of these extras are meaningless for motorhomers and caravanners and they are looking to simplify the test. There may be more changes on the way.
