Great customer service

At the end of last year we had a problem in which the sunroof of our motorhome blew off. As the dealer we bought it from had gone out of business we had to look around for another dealer to do the work. In the end we plumped for Emm Bee motorhomes of Bury and I am so pleased we did. There service has been exemplary, we had a few initial problems because chausson told us the wrong part but because of that they did the work for nothing just charging for the part even though it was not thier fault! They are just a few miles away from the Burrs club site which is great for a few nights and will run you into Bury so you can visit the famous Bury market whilst you wait. We will definately return and seen as good service seems so hard to find I wanted to share our experiences here
