I have just bought an LHD Hobby T500 with a view to European touring. This, my first MH, it is SORNED until May but will be on the Newhaven Dieppe ferry 22.07.24 for the thick end of a week staying locally (Dieppe & Le Crotoy) as a "toe in the water" exercise.
Come circa 28.08.24 I shall be taking a "polar route" visit involving:
Dieppe - overnight near Lille - Franco Belgian Border (Tournai/Mons/ Wellin) - Luxembourg - A8 & A13 to Zweibrucken - Vosges du Norde to an overnight at Haguenau - B500 thru Black Forest - Switzerland East of Zug for a few days - Over the Alps to Colico for a few days.
and the retracing my steps with maybe some variation on the way home.
The route is familiar to me having ridden it by motorcycle many times using the defunct Hull/Zeebrugge ferry.
QUESTION: What if any ULEZ type stickers do I need/would be advised?
I have zero ambition to enter any cities anywhere on or near my route. My belief is that I do not need any ULEZ type stickers. Am I correct?
I suppose there is some risk that an emergency (medical breakdown or whatever) might take me to a local large conurbation so links that I can store on my laptop and register as needed would be appreciated.
I have the French sticker site - https://certificat-air.gouv.fr/
Others would be appreciated
TIA for your replies
Chris
