Creases in Windows New Kampa 390 Pro Awning

Hi. Hope someone has the answer. Just bought this awning and really pleased with construction and really easy to erect but some of the windows are quite badly creased. Might just be a characteristic of these all in one awnings.My previous awning was a Dorema full awning and the window panels all were seperate and easy to roll up without creasing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Is a really hot summer (chance would be a fine thing) likely to fix or might I have to take a trip to sunny climes?
