An illegal caravan storage site has been served an enforcement notice after operating without planning permission for at least 11 years!! Yet we CL owners are keen to keep to the planning rules and would not store a single carvavan for fear of falling foul of the rules. I hope the person concerned has been paying business rates or they could find they are facing a huge rates bill.
