Kia Sorento KX2 manual

Hi all, does anyone have a 2009-2012 Kia Sorento KX2 manual,  "without" the self levelling suspension, I have recently bought a new one and have had issues with the tracking being out, causing it to pull to the left, from day one. The dealers have done the tracking twice and a optical wheel alignment, now to the correct setting, but it is still pulling left. As of yet I have not towed with it but have just changed my van to a Sterling Eccles 586. I have just  heard there are no issues with the ones with SLS, but wondering how anyone finds the manual  KX2 without the SLS whilst towing. Or any issues with their tracking.
