Not a Towbar

Looking to change my towcar for something more economical ideally with a towbar fitted given the current price of adding one.

I've found that there are towbars out there that basically aren't a TOW bar. Rated only for 65kg of bikes. These are about one third the price of a proper job. Strikes me as a dangerous practice as they look like a normal towbar apart from a small sticky label with the rating which can be easily peeled off. Only spotted it as I was suspicious of the 7 pin electrics on a relatively new car.

My guess is that somebody is out there towing with one, maybe colour coding the bar would help?
