Funnily enough, I am the one who likes big cars as well. As you say, great for wood foraging👍

 Very interesting, and surprising with a couple of exceptions the list is made up of high end expensive cars. Swopped from Discoveries to my Kia Sorento a few years ago, might not be the most suffisticated car on the road but for reliabilty it knocks spots of my previous discoveries. My wife has the Carens 2007 model and that has been ace as well apart from road tax which is now £300+ undecided

well i was surprised at how many German cars were involved, not a mechanic by any stretch, but always said that cars came with too many electrical gadgets and would be prone to failure this was seemed to be the case,although my last Discovery £5k for new gear box, transfer box and clutch when vehicle was probably only worth £6k did it for me.

Electrical failures with equipment that is very rarely made in the UK, Bosch is quite a big supplier to German owned /made vehiclessurprised

Have not noted any German made kit in our Kiawink
