Not been there, but it does not claim to have serviced pitches as far as I can see.  Does have toilet and shower.  Looks nice, but price reflects the "mini club site" comment in one review.

If you want those facilities, then it looks ideal, and bound to be less expensive than a Club site.

We stayed there some years ago now. From memory, the pitches weren't fully serviced though I think they may have had a shared (between 2) tap and a picnic table. Lovely CL, one of our favourites, the only downside, again if memory serves,  being the difficulty in walking directly from the site.

We stayed there 6 years ago but we certainly found the lanes quiet whilst walking to Wisemans Bridge.
