MORE INFO PLEASE

I'd like to know what my fellow explorers think on this matter! CL's!! Does anyone else find it frustrating when you are clicking on CL after CL to find little or no information about that CL, Little or no description of the area or what's nearby and very few with pictures of the site, I know some of you will say where is your sense of adventure, however Like with the CCSites you can get a good understanding of what that site is like and what's nearby, on the CL side of things it's very basic, If I was retired I'd just go along and if it wasn't my thing move on, but as I work fulltime I don't have that luxury and would like to have some idea on what i'm booking......good idea or bad?? it wouldn't take or cost much to upload a few pics and give a broader description on what that site offer's what's nearby and pubs n restaurant reviews in the local area...... and things to see and do.... i'm just throwing it out there, what's your opinion??
