Updating CL's

Over the many years of caravanning I have stayed on some fantastic CL Sites and I am currently staying on one in Staffordshire.  My main criteria for selection of CLs' is value for money and essentially electric and toilet/shower facilities as I am disabled.  The CL where I am staying met this criteria ....  untill I arrived, got sorted out and went to pay..... it has turned out to be more expensive than quoted and also charges 75p for a shower (which incidentally is faulty)..  The owners of the CL have told me that they notified the CC two years ago regarding there new rates.  With all the latest technology available I urge the CC to please give more support to CL owners.  A lot of CC Members use these Sites and are often disappointed and embarrassed when the informatipon given is not correct.
