European Passenger Location Form

In May we are going on a tour in Europe visiting France, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Italy with no prior bookings and therefore flexible dates.  I have just been made aware of the European Passenger Location Form.  My initial reading of the long form would seem to indicate that I need to complete a separate one for most of the countries I will be visiting.  Has anyone come across this  recently?

Some countries require that document for arrivals by air. For your tour if you have  proof of complete vaccination you can enter France and you are then free to cross EU land borders to the other destinations you have listed.

Thanks ET.  But Italy requires the form for ALL arrivals irrespective of means of travel.  My question is really to anyone who has completed one for Italy with a trip like ours.  For the final destination did they put Italy or UK which is I suppose the end of the trip!  The guidance does not help.  I may just complete it with UK as my final destination and see what happens!

We are going, France, Lux'bourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, home in June/July & when I checked recently the only for needed was a declaration for entering France.....

All other countries just required proof of vaccination within 270 days!!

My reading of the rules is different Kassapa!  Looking at the link through the Club's o'seas guidance, euplf.eu site, Eurotunnel guidance and the gov't guidance I interpret it that you only need declaration if you are flying into France!  You need one for Belgium and one for Italy.  I will not need one for Germany, Austria nor Switzerland (if I go there).  This is what I mean by confusion.  I will check again but has anyone actually done this trip recently?

Further to my last post have had another look at the current rules.  Linking through the UK Govt o'seas travel advice I see that you do not need a plf for Belgium if your stay is less than 48 hrs.  So I think that I will need one only for Italy.  Proof of Vaccination status is of course also required.

Yes Kasspa it's all changed in a month!  Off next week using the tunnel and all we need is to complete passport details (done) and within 3 days of travel upload your proof of Covid jabs which will do this weekend.
