Latest P&O Statement

P&O have announced changes to their operational structure which means there may be significant disruption to their services in the short term.

Please check the P&O website or their Twitter feed for the latest advice.

The Club will continue to do all it can to preserve Club members' access to the widest number of crossing routes to enable Club members to make their own choices of crossing provider.

Our Contact Centre team is busy dealing with queries from members who are due to travel imminently with P&O.

Bookings due to travel up to and including 25 March:
For those who no longer want to travel, they can amend their bookings to a future date or cancel with a full refund by calling our Contact Centre on 01342 316 101.

For those who do want to travel the advice differs per route:
Dover-Calais: DFDS will accept P&O bookings on their routes. Members should proceed to DFDS check-in and present their P&O confirmation.
Hull-Rotterdam: no alternative route is being offered so bookings can be amended to a future travel date or cancelled by calling our Contact Centre on 01342 316 101
Larne-Cairnryan: No alternative route is being offered so bookings can be amended to a future travel date or cancelled by calling our Contact Centre on 01342 316 101

NOTE: There could be disruption at all ports, with Dover in particular expected to be very busy. Please leave extra time for your journey and come prepared for a longer wait than usual before boarding.

Bookings with travel dates from 26 March onwards:
We do not know when P&O will restart their operations so please keep checking on the P&O website or Twitter feed which is being regularly updated.
We expect all bookings to be honoured once operations restart.
Anyone who wants to amend their bookings, normal P&O T&C’s will apply as P&O expect their ships to be operating.
