(Moved from Introductions)

I wondered if there is anyone out there who could answersome of my questions or point me in the right direction. My wife retires next year and we would like to visit Spain and stay for 2 or 3 months. Not having done this before I have many questions. As the distance from Calaisis too far to drive in one go is it best to book into a site on the way or stop at services. How far to travel in one day. We will be taking our dog so what to expect for him. I have read some info produced by the Caravan Club but is there anything else I need to be aware of.

I would rearly appreciate anyone passing on information about best sites and what to expect. Look forward to hearing from you, kind regards.
