With spring in full bloom, it's the start of that magical time of year when the woodlands are carpeted in a sea of blue as the bluebells make their grand entrance. Whether it's a short stroll from your caravan door or a little drive away from your favourite Club campsite, spotting these beautiful flowers is a seasonal highlight not to be missed.

I thought it would be wonderful for us to compile a list of our favourite spots to view bluebells, especially those accessible from Caravan and Motorhome Club campsites. Not only can we share the joy of these enchanting flowers with each other, but we can also help fellow members plan their spring outings.

To start things off, I recently visited a beautiful bluebell wood not far from the Battle Club Campsite. Brede High Woods, becomes a breathtaking blue vista, perfect for photographers and nature lovers alike. There's a circular walk that takes you through the heart of the bluebell woods - just remember to stick to the paths to protect these delicate flowers! Another hotspot to go to see bluebells near me is the Great Wood at Stamner Park, which is very close to our Brighton Club Campsite. With 5k acres of open and wooded land it’s perfect for walkers and nature lovers.

Now over to you all - let’s hear about those secret bluebell spots you’ve discovered on your travels!

Looking forward to your recommendations and stories. Happy bluebell hunting!
