Caravan Club wifi and email

I can receive email using the clubs wifi but not send it, the faq response to that is absolutely useless.  I remember that in the past when I was using a 3g dongle they supplied me with a different mail server name and everything worked fine.  Someone else must have had this issue and someone must have sorted it out surely.  In the absence of any reasonable technical support can someone help please?
