CC sites need to be kept in a reasonble state.

I find it very annoying leaving a lovely garden behind to arrive on a site with grass up to the knees, surely this should be the bare minimal job expected of wardens, granted many are kept lovely, there are afew that are less than acceptable, currently staying on a seasonal pitch, i can literally count the number of times the grass has been cut on 1 hand since March.

Who actually monitors these lazy wardens?
