Cost per person

I feel the present tariff rating of sites unfair. My wife and I look after my eighty two year old mother in law who we cannot leave at home and have to take caravanning with us ( either that or put her into a home). She is no problem and hardly leaves the caravan as she cannot walk or see very well and is quite content to sit and listen to the radio. To pay additional amounts for this is unreasonable.
