Planning a three to four week  summer tour of Scotland and seeking advice of where you would recommend for us to go based upon the following:-

60s couple living life disgracefully - so no Historic houses or tea rooms !

Happy to use CL or Club Sites with or without hook ups

Do not want to be hiched to van every few days so probably max of 5 sites

Want to be near 'casual' informal golf courses for hacks around

Good close by cycle routes - nothing too demanding - circular routes up to 30 miles close to sites - tracks if possible

Good easy to medium cirular walks up to 10 miles

Do not want lively sites but a proper pub nearby would be great

Any 'posh' restaurants would be fab !

Not asking for much are we?

Thoughts appreciated !

What parts of Scotland? It’s a big country and deserves more than 3-4 weeks. We've been visiting for about 35 years and still haven’t seen it all.

Narrow down the area a bit and I’m sure you’ll get some suggestions.
