I have been giving some thought to next new year....yes,next new year 2013,especially since the world didn't end on 21/12/12 as predicted,so thought I'd like to go in the motorhome to Rowntree Park but no..completely booked if the web.site is anything to go on.

It seems that if you want to go to such a popular place then you must book years in advance.We have tried on many occasions ,true,often not until later in the year when we are thinking about our holidays but we are always out of luck and it appears that you can't even get into this site for 2013 new year even before 2012 ends!

I imagine that the same people book year after year thus preventing others from going to the site.Surely,there must be some way of giving new visitors the opportunity to enjoy a new year at such a lovely place...maybe I misread the web.and have got it completely wrong,but if not,then I would like to hear from other members their views on how such popular sites could be more evenly distrisbuted amongst the members,especially at christmas and new year or is it always going to be 'pot luck'?
