If you are traveling in a VW/Mercedes w/pop-top

We were told over the phone by the warden at the Shawsmead site in Wales that our vehicle, a 2009 Mercedes Marco Polo with the Westfalia pop-up, was not an acceptable vehicle for ANY Caravan Club site despite the fact we were allowed membership at the Tredegar House Country Park with our vehicle within view of the warden there.  Needless to say that we will be working on getting our membership reimbursed through other channels and heading to the "Friendly Camping Club" in all future excursions, starting yesterday.
