late availability / cancellations

In the C.C. mag. we were told that cancellations were down. I have just looked at the late availability and there are plenty of spaces there. The C.C. said that they would have to wait till the end of the season to see how the 'new rules' have worked out.

I don't honestly think that with the weather we have had so far this year that the C.C. could arrive at a true overall picture of how the 'new rules' have affected the club or it's members.
