Currently on this site. Tried to extend our stay via booking system last night for another day, but all pitches are coming up full. Grass pitches are out of use, but it’s currently saying hardstandings are full as well. So the empty ones, and there are plenty, are mirages and my eyes are deceiving me🤔🤣

Popped into reception to do it the old fashioned way this morning (having checked, and yes, booking system still not working properly), staff sorted out for us. Being on the site, we weren’t disappointed or misled thankfully, but it did have me wondering just how many folks not here might have simply given up. There are a lot of folks who, like us, book on the go, and they are likely to have gone somewhere else. It’s all lost income, which ultimately impacts on all Members and prices. It’s still a booking system hardly fit for purpose really.
