Option to pay in advance

I wonder if the club would consider an option allowing you pay in advance for your pitch, i.e. you have a two/three week holiday booked in June and you start paying towards it a few months early so that when you arrive on site you have nothing to pay.  If for some reason you cannot make it, the money gets transferred to another booking or refunded.

We do this when we book onto Warren Farm in Brean. On booking we pay a deposit and then over the next two or three months every month we pay towards the holiday thus having nothing or very little to pay on arrival.

This only applies to bookings of 5 days or more.  Do you think that this is a feasible idea?
