serviced pitches

Having been caravaning for many years my wife and i decided we would spoil ourselves and book a seviced pitch.

It was great untill we realised that because we had every thing to hand , except emptying the cassette toilet that we missed meeting other people and having a chat with them eg when filling up for water or emptying the waste water. It just wasent what we expected.

We have decided that a serviced pich was not for us

Does any one feel the same, or are we the only ones who feel this way.
