Travellers on Club sites

I am rather surprised and disappointed to find that Travellers are being allowed to stay at Northbrook Farm in West Sussex.  I have nothing against travellers personally but I do have a lot against their custom of leaving dogs chained up outside their vans day AND night. One Traveller has been there for many weeks and another two vans have now arrived. My friend was enjoying a week there until they came in with big caravans, 2 transit vans and two 4x4's, plus NINE children and four dogs. This led to continual screaming from the children and barking from the dogs day AND night.  This surely isn't acceptable for club members to have to endure ? They do leave the dogs unattended also which I thought was against Club rules but have been told it isn't?  My friend was very upset by it all and wont be using the Club sites again for fear of this happening again.  I thought the Club upheld a high standard for everyone but surely this isn't in keeping with that? I would appreciate others thoughts on this please.
