When we look to book sites for a stay we try and look at certain criteria, soemwhere the dog will enjoy (that's not me by the way) nice to explore and wifi. Now in this day and age I see this as almost a basic, not a luxury, not a "nice to have" but a basic! the increasing number of sites that have "issues" currently 19 without service is poor. When you book a site and then see a flag message of "currently no wifi sorry for inconvienence" is a sign of a very poor service provider in my eyes. If I provided this level of service to my customers I would very quicklynot have any and address the matter as a matter of priority. Now I appreciate this may not be high on everyones list of priorities but someone need to have a serious word with the service provider because I don't think it is delivering good customer service! what are peoples thoughts on the matter? what is being done to address the issues? feedback from management would be very appreciated along with expansion plans or provided thoughts!
