WiFi cards - again.....sorry about this

Just been in very protracted email discussions with Airangel about my WiFi voucher that I purchased from the Warden at Cirencester last July.  It is about to expire (12 months is up) but I have only been able to use up about 5 hours of the 20 hours paid for due to the fact that I have encountered connectivity issues at nearly all the CC sites I have been to.  Recently, back at Cirencester, could not log in at all during the 3 days we were there at any time of the day or night.

To cut a long story short, Airangel will not take any responsibility for this issue and have point blank refused to give me a new log in for a further 15 hours valid for 12 months after the expiry of my unused hours.  They have no understanding of taking ownership of the issue or indeed of customer service.  They say I must contact Rosie Eaton to resolve this.

I am waiting on my email being forwarded to Rosie Eaton to see if she can either give me a refund on my card or give me another login for 12 months for my unused 15 hours.  If Rosie reads this, please help, because I feel very frustrated, unhappy and ripped off and don't know who else to YELL at...!!
