Diana Rigg R.I.P.

She leaves behind a wonderful stage, film and television legacy. She was simply brilliant as scheming, murderous Olenna Tyrell in GOT. 

I was reading about her dislike for being too visible when she wasn't working. However we lived in the same Scottish area as she did for a few years. I saw her shopping in the local M&S foodhall and she really stood out! Very tall and slim in a floor length fur coat and white trainers! I'm sorry to hear she's no longer with us, she was playing a good character role as Mrs Pumfrey in the new All Creatures Great and Small series.

In all Honesty Brue, I never saw her play anything but good character roles, from The Avengers onwards.

She most certainly has left a fine legacy as Ttda says

RIP. Gorgeous, talented and feisty. Many an adolescent boy in the 1960s will fondly remember her in the Avengers! Her daughter is a fine actress too!
