A truly inspirational figure in an age of fluff!

I loved his reply when asked if he thought intelligent life would ever be found in the universe - "I haven't seen that much evidence of intelligent life on earth!" 

I also liked his reply when asked about what puzzled him the most, he replied 'women'

Does this mean I'm a genius as well?

Great intelligence and the sheer willpower not allow his illness to get in the way of his work, truly inspirational.
