Celine Dione sad for her

I came very close, both my wife and youngest daughter were very close to death not knowing if they would recover, at different hospitals, in different counties at the same time seven years ago, thankfully both are ok now, but the situation I was in was not one I would wish on my worst enemy.......

We can sympathise, Brian. Several years ago, both our dads were seriously ill in hospital but at opposite ends of the country.  We ended up with two funerals two weeks apart, not a pleasant time.

Dreadfully sad, we know about Celine Dion because she is a celebritity.  But as the previous two posts show it can happen to any of us at anytime.  Goes to show we should make the most of every day.

I feel so sad for Celine.  She is having to go through what many of us have to except that she has to go through it all under the spotlight, Bless her.

Same thoughts as Bakers myself regarding other posters who have lost 2 or more relatives so close together    a dreadful decease that those with financial security can't even stop the process  as we have seen recently with high profile stars of stage / music
