Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share our happy news. Our beautiful baby boy, Samuel Simon Cleland Becker was born on the 21st March, weighing 7Ib 15oz. His middle names are in honour and memory of his Uncle Simon who would have loved him so much and Cleland is a family name from Mark's side. Sam is absolutely perfect and doing really well. We are so happy and delighted (although rather exhaused too)!!

I hope you are all well? When things are a little less manic I will pop in to see how you are all doing and keep up with your news. Looking forward to reading about your touring holidays whilst I change dirty nappies!!

Best wishes to you all and happy Easter holidays.

Rowena Smile

Sorry I have only just caught up with this thread.  Many many congratulation Rowena to you and your husband on the safe arrival of little Sam.  Lovely names.  Keep us posted about Sam's progress when you have time.

Hi everyone, so sorry I haven't posted sooner. I never realised how much time one tiny little person takes up!! Sorry also for any typos. I'm typing one handed as Sam is having a cuddle in my other arm.

Thank you all so much for your kind wishes and congratulations. It means so much to us. Sam is doing really well. At 7 weeks he already has a beautiful smile. After ending up having an emergency c-section, I'm recovering well and almost back to normal, apart from the sleep deprivation!!

I hope you are all well and I hope to stay in touch on CT more regularly. Smile
