Given recent events the BBC recently screened the documentary ‘Rolling Stones: Crossfire Hurricane’ originally created for their 50th anniversary. If you’re a Stones fan it’s a great watch on iPlayer.

‘Crossfire Hurricane’ - isn’t that one of the best song titles ever?

Bill, not a song title... it's the opening line from Jumpin' Jack Flash....

I was born in a cross-fire hurricane
And I howled at my ma in the driving rain
But it's all right now, in fact, it's a gas
But it's all right. I'm Jumpin' Jack Flash…

for some great classic Stones (and there's sooooooo much) have a listen to Get Yer Ya-Yas Out.....live concert released in 1970.

JJF is the opening track...and Charlie Watts is on the cover.

Yes, of course it is….apparently a reference to Keith Richard’s birth in London during a German air raid. Used as a FBI code name in more recent times.
