Peanut butter and a tangy marmalade is another good combination.

Cheddar cheese slices and marmite sandwiches sounds good.

I love Marmite, Tesco's own version and Vegemite and I also love cheese.   I've just had Marmite on home made fresh bread with a cup of teas.  Heaven.

Years ago, I found a Marmite flavoured cheddar cheese and ate loads of it.  Just as quickly as it appeared, it disappeared never to be seen again but I often put cheese and Marmite together.  I definitely don't like peanut butter though.

Trouble is, at our house, my hubby detests Marmite and won't even use the same knife to butter his toast.  If I made this, even in half the quantity, I'd have to eat it all myself.  Such a trauma. lol

Home made cheese straws and twists with a dab of marmite inside, love those. smile
