Sponge cake recipe for B2

4 eggs

250g caster sugar

250g margarine

250g self raising flour

1tsp vanilla essence

Cream everything together for 3 minutes until light and fluffy (electric mixer)

Bake at 160 C , 14 minutes for cupcakes, 25+ minutes for a cake, then test with a skewer.
