When I posted "A Grand Day Out" one or two posts suggested that we aught to try & run one ourselves.
The one I went on was organised by a company called Vintage trains or similar. I anticipate that to attempt such a thing would be way beyond our capabilities or purse, but it strikes me that we might have enough support to hire our own carriage etc, on an existing already organised run
What do you think? do you want me to pursue it?
