Evening Folks,

Hoping some kind person could shine a light in the right direction & save me some ££££'s, looking to purchase a van this year & kindly been loaned a 4 berth by friends to make sure we like the idea.

Problem is, where can I get a policy cover for 18 days, thats sensible? I'm getting quotes north of £240 & surely for a year the van would not be much more?

Please if any van owners out there can assist that would be brilliant, I'm loading up on Saturday so not much time to get it sorted.

Van sorted, Sites booked, App's downloaded, journey mapped & planned, just need the legal bit, please help...

Temporary motor insurance is always expensive. For one thing, your NCD will not get available as it’s presumably in use on your permanent vehicle insurance. I suggest speaking to your current insurer who may be willing to give you a discount.

Not much more than £240 for a year? That’s optimistic for an expensive van even with max NCD deducted.

PS. Have you tried this company? I know nothing about them, mind.
