Right  now  I'm  celebrating  the  fact  that  I  didn't  get  SKY  so  I  could  watch ( so  very  nearly  said  enjoy yell)  the  England  v West Indies  test  cricket.  After  all  the  wonderful  reports  of  how  the  team  is  building  up  into  a  World  Beating  Side  it  seems  that  it's  just  another  race  to  the  pits.  I'm  getting  the  feeling  that  watching  Sunday  football  between  a  couple  of  over age  pub  teams  will  bring  much  more  excitement  &  pleasure  until  Easter Egg  Rolling  commences  wink

I'll  be  surprised  if  they  make  the  afternoon  drinks  session yell !

Now  I'm  humming  something  from  Les  Mis  --  I  think  its  called  # Bring  'em  Home # ( in  Steerage  of  course yell  )

They've  learned  precious  little  since  they  were  in  New Zealand !

A  doddle  indeed  Nell,  but  for  the  West  Indies.  Brian  was  going  to  say  The  W. I.,  but  some  folk  might  misunderstand  me  wink

I'm really hoping and praying that the Windies part time spinner hasn't got any work on for next couple of weeks.😀😀.

At  this  rate  they  will  be  able  to  go  to  Church  tomorrow  and  with  a  clear  conscience  at  having  given  AND  received  with  open  handed  generosity  innocent.

Plenty  of  chances  dropped  on  the  one  hand,  and  wickets  given,  most  generously,  on  the  other  !!

I  still  think  my  earlier  musical  reference  applies  -->  Bring  'em  home  but  send  our  "Lionesses"  to  replace  them.  Most  certainly  they  would  not  disgrace  themselves,  nor  us  I  believe

I  hope  Cookie  is  being  paid  by  the  hour,  Trellis,   money-mouth

{  126  for  9,    --  in  play     utterly  pathetic  sealed }
