Well that time is drawing close again but where will the awards go this year do folk think?

It certainly has been a year for women’s sport with one team winning The European Cup and another making the final of a World Cup.
England Women’s football team and a player from within is where my money is!

Football, Cricket, Some Athletes  and of any sex possible, but alas I can no longer keep up with who is good or who is excellent since my range of sports is shrinking faster than Eilish McColgan moves embarassed.

The only hope I have is that it's not one of the millionaire footballers nor any boxer whatsoever !yell

Now I'm off to see if the freezer has defrosted yet  smile

The Lionesses and Sara Weigman ought to be in there for the team prize. Then there is Rachael Blackmore, winner of both the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Champion Hurdle this year.

Quite agree as to the contenders you mention TtDA, Ladies Football teams have done us proud this year, while Miss Blackmore is, I believe, the first lady to have also won the Grand National as well  so quite capable of going to fetch the milk on one of those horses  ( amongst other things !! )

I just wonder if the cricketers will get a mention, until he broke his leg on a golf course Jonny Bairstow could of polled well, and not forgetting the T20 squad world cup winners, with Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler another two who could do well.

Rachael is Irish, and must be a favourite for the Overseas award again . If they still have that…🤔.

The Lionesses got  Team Award, And Sarah Weigman their team Coach / Manageress also took an award.

Thereafter I proved my natural ability to pick { and Vote For }  winners  'cos I even managed to choose & vote for Beth Mead, Scorer of very good goals  winksmileinnocent
