I can't see the original sticky so will start a new thread.  Saw nearly 30,000 knot on Breydon Water yesterday.  Great weekend at Minsmere, Otter, Kingfishers, Bitterns, lots of Marsh Harriers

I've got a Little Owl on my latest one, previously I had a Gannet which was the same or very similar to my NTS card, a bit confusing!

Spotted this when we were at Beamish Museum this week. Think it's a Merlin, it was quite small. It's eyes followed us as we walked away

For me it’s a Kestrel B, the dark teardrop gives it away👍🏻-

Dark teardrop below the eyes. You sure it's not a cheetah?

Until I play cards with it I’ll not be able to answer that one🤷🏻‍♂️

1st redwings and fieldfares of autumn seen locally today. They normally arrive here late September, so a couple of months late this year. No idea why!
🙂

Late in our County as well Pliers. They arrived to my knowledge about a fortnight ago, but will be disappointed with the lack of berries on our Rowan tree.

We've just seen our first Fieldfares, noticed a pair the other day. Love hearing their chatter, we often see them quite late if they've arrived in the east first.

Plenty of Fieldfares and Redwing passed down the Wirral 2 weeks ago but we tend to be hit and miss here in our North Wales area. Some years an abundance, particularly Redwings and others hardly a one. Not seen any around here yet.
