When we were out walking today near the River Tay, between Perth & Dundee, I spotted a large hawk cousing back and fore across a field of barley. It was about the size of a buzzard but was a very light grey with distinctive black endings to it's wings, and I think a dark breast. Didn't have my bins with me and it was about 1/4ml away. Any thoughts? I thought possibly an Osprey but it's flight quite lazy and languid and not what I would expect from an Osprey.
